HB-685G

Introduction

Taiflame HB-685G is an effective flame retardant contained synergistic elements ,phosphorus and bromine.Taiflame HB-685G can be used extensively.In addition to textile coating,it can be used in adhesives and plastics(e.g polyolefin).Through adding it into water-phase or solvent-phase binder,it forms a coating material and can be used in various matrixes.

Taiflame HB-685Gdoes not contain heavy metals and PBBs or PBDEs.It conforms to RoHS compliance.

Application example

Coating on PET fabric with the following composition → EN-533 pass

PU resin            100     (parts by wt.)

HB-685G           35~40

MEK                   20

Wax                    2

TiO2(paste)       10~15

coating weight(dry) :  110±10g/M²(dry wt)
